Working with DT Select strategic team members and other Dell Technologies business SMEs, the Pursuit Manager project manages the pursuit phase and insures that the proposal is compliant with customer requirements, follows correct DT governance, meets clear milestones and is professionally produced, presenting a solution that is clear and compelling. The Senior Pursuit Manager must demonstrate Dell Technologies leadership values in embracing a collaborative working environment, bringing together disparate resources from up to seven different companies aligning them to build out solutions for our customers. Responsibilities include:  Review opportunity pipeline to identify pursuit development resource needs, insuring DT Select and SME resource availability identified and mobilized when required. Interface with the customer to ensure that we are meeting our timelines and deliverables. Together with the DT Select Client Principal and Client Executive, define an effective opportunity pursuit strategy. Drive opportunity capture management process  Lead information gathering workshops and other tools to better gather and understand client requirements. Develop pursuit plan and required proposal content with SME community, including architects, delivery experts, and commercial and pricing managers. Work with pursuit team members to determine project needs and delegate tasks. Communicate pursuit approach, coordinating with other support functions. Essential Requirements: Significant experience in Bid and Pursuit Management in IT sector + PM experience. B.S. and/or MS in Business Administration Experience in working with Global Customers Adept at business partnering and working with cross functional teams, building meaningful business relationships along the way Experience in working with Sales and Delivery Teams Excellent organizational and time management skills & Self -motivated , able to work under pressure; dependable with deliverables and deadlines, able to multi-task A thorough understanding of the sales and pursuit management process and the ability to navigate and progress long, complex sales cycles Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment; flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods Ability to travel 40% of the time Benefits We offer highly competitive salaries, bonus programs, world-class benefits, and unparalleled growth and development opportunities — all to create a compelling and rewarding work environment.
