  • **Position Summary**



    As B2B Sales Manager you will work to create and maintain a pipeline of business, which will cater to Kuwait public and private enterprise sales accounts.



    Your role will include monitoring and driving product demand into the enterprise verticals [transportation, finance, government] supporting the organisation in it’s overall business strategy.



    As a Sales leader, you will use your leadership and strategic experience to guide the business in key areas, as well as manage a small team of two Assistant Manager\'s that will report to you.



    **Role and Responsibilities**



    **Achievement of company targets across Kuwait:**



    + Key account role in the country-wise sales planning and target setting in order to attain higher market share, achieve revenue and profitability targets, lead of solutions [IM, Knox and IOT] & solution selling approach

    + Identify key solutions and liaise with marketing, distributors, resellers to leverage them into enterprises

    + Manages IM B2B distributors and channel development to ensure that each channel is executing set KPIs

    + Conducts key account management and marketing implementation with ministries

    + Provides accurate and timely forecasts and required reporting to the IM B2B management team.



    **Monitoring and driving product demand**



    + Liaises with Marketing and Distributors to ensure product availability and proposition met with customers

    + Conducts market-trend analysis and works closely with superior team to develop plans & overcome issues.

    + Coordinates channel marketing and Sell-In/ Sell-thru programs to ensure fulfilment plan is met



    **Additional:**



    + Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player.

    + Extensive sales thinking, demonstrable sales focus, pro-active and proven sales track record.

    + Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision.

    + Excellent quantitative aptitude, commercial acumen, good persuasion skills, assertive nature.



    **Skills and Qualifications**



    + 10+ years of experience in Regional Sales management and Key account management within a consumer electronics environment (Mobile experience not mandatorye)

    + A track record of success within Kuwait market

    + Good PC skills, reporting skills, analysis skills - Excel, PowerPoint.
