Brand Merchandising Manager - H&M - Kuwait
As Brand Merchandising Manager for H&M Kuwait, you will be accountable for ensuring the brand is appropriately represented within the market and championed effectively. Through building the annual business plan and ongoing reporting and re-forecasting, you will have responsibility for ensuring delivery on merchandise planning, driving sales strategy and achieving standards agreed by the host brand. In addition, you will participate in business improvement projects to ensure brand requirements are represented in all business-wide initiatives and systems.
This role requires a commercially driven leader with retail merchandising and team management experience. You will be required to deliver a clear, consistent and systematic approach to merchandising, forward planning, stock management, treasury/exchange rate review and other key analyses whilst ensuring correct and informed trading decisions. Additionally, you must be able to assimilate business-critical retrospective and forward information to key weekly parameters and deadlines. Keen decision-making skills will be vital as you take full responsibility for merchandise planning, Open to Buy management, allocations, replenishments, and supply chain management.
This position is ideal for a Senior Merchandiser with 3 or more years of retail merchandise experience in a PLC (or successful private company) who is looking to gain or expand upon their international retail merchandising experience in a diverse and growing market with one of the Middle East\'s leading retailers.
