    Position Summary :







    To enhance our EMEA Sales, we are hiring an overlay Solution Sales Specialist to cover our Authentic Solution Suite (Inc Security). We are looking for individuals with strong and proven sales experience in IT software sales preferability in payment and processing space. The ideal candidate will have experience selling technical enterprise solutions, may have served in a sales engineer role or something similar. If you are an overachiever with proven IT software sales experience, who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, (and we mean fast!), we want to speak with you.







    Key Responsibilities:





    + Work with our Product, Engineering, Professional Services and Pre-Sales organizations in supporting the acquiring and managing our customer base to drive the Company’s achievement in meeting our acquisition and revenue goals.



    + A highly professional, self-motivated natural leader, who demonstrates high standards of ethical conduct



    + Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management



    + A demonstrable ability to manage a sales process, including negotiating sales opportunities to closure, through a deep understanding of a prospective customer buying process –



    + Demonstrated personal commitment and interest in continued professional development



    + CRM experience such as SalesForce, or equivalent



    + A proven ability to identify opportunities and leverage internal & external resources appropriately



    + Strong qualification skills are a must to be successful in this role. Leads will be provided, but are not relied upon - making it happen is your responsibility! –

    Basic Qualifications:





    + Bachelor Degree



    + 3 to 8 years’ experience in selling enterprise software in Financial Services



    + Exceptional face to face, presentation, telephone/email based selling experience



    + An energetic team player with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skill with ability to work with “C” level executives



    + Strong presentation skills with ability to run demos and answer technical questions



    + Able to demonstrate an exceptional understanding of the IT services marketplace and fundamental selling and negotiation/closing skills.



    + Fine with travel min of 50%









    Preferred Qualifications:





    + Sales experience in payment and self-service processing solutions to the Financial and Processors Solution Providers Markets.



    + Strong knowledge of one or more of these areas: Debit Card Processing, Fraud Systems, Faster Payments solution experience
