Job Description
  • To establish and maintain an IT / Corporate quality assurance system and team that promotes the quality of provided services through new processes, monitoring performance and suggesting improvements according to service improvement framework.



    Also, to oversee the development of all IT Policies and Procedures and working on bringing them to international standards, while maintaining respective documentation



    Qualifications

     



    Qualifications & Experience




    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

    • Minimum 17 to 20 years of relevant experience.

    • International standardization.

    • Performance Evaluation.

    Responsibilities

    Quality Assurance




    1. Initiate and implements quality improvement activities as appropriate to raise the performance of the IT Services.

    2. Manage employees as to their impact in the quality management system.

    3. Serve as the primary quality assurance resource for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement.

    4. Manage quality assurance personnel on a day-to-day basis.

    5. Designs, implements and documents procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.

    6. Establish and implements metrics (process capability, control charts, measurement quality) for monitoring system effectiveness.

    7. Perform root-cause analysis and other problem solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvements.

    8. Develop quality planning methods for IT Services. (to ensure…..)

    9. Develop process certification standards.

    10. Oversee the Interactions with various business / IT customers to identify opportunities to improve the quality of service.

    11. Report to management on quality issues, trends and losses and participates in internal and external quality audits.

    12. Interact with relevant supplier and customer quality representatives concerning problems with quality control and assure that effective corrective action is implemented

Commercial International Bank was established in 1975 as a joint venture between the National Bank of Egypt (NBE, 51%) and the Chase Manhattan Bank (49%) under the name "Chase National Bank of Egypt”.
