Job Description
  • Description Responsible for country HR and legal compliance. Implements HR policies and programs while managing employee relations (works councils and unions if applicable), offering country crisis support, and managing grievance and disciplinary procedures. • Ensure compliance with local laws relating to HR (Govt submissions, insurance coverage, EH&S) • Drive engagement focused initiatives (health and wellbeing activities, information sessions, service anniversary program & Spirit Team) • Assist management and provide guidance on people issues • Support Merger & Acquisition activity that impacts ANZ including people acquisition, outsourcing and offshoring. • Provide case management on issues (i.e. performance, salary continuance, accidents, return of work and health related absences) • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policy and programs • Serve as an escalation point for Payroll and APAC HR support teams • Conduct new hire inductions and related probation check-in with managers • Support the HRCM with the submission of information relating to ANZ for internal and external parties (i.e. International Awareness Information, EHS, Benefits surveys) • Produce all HR communications to be sent out to clients • Manage voluntary exits & assist the HRCM on Workforce Planning activities where required. • Support Staffing related activity & review all letters and offers by the Staffing and APAC HR team • Liaise with vendors (SG Fleet, Aon Hewitt, etc) & with the HR PO team for the timely payment of invoices • Participate in International projects as necessary. Qualifications • Degree qualified in Human Resources or Management • 3+ years of experience in HR in an Advisory or similar role. • Exposure to large corporate or multi-national. • Experience in a role with similar generalist responsibilities as described above. • Excellent communication skills in English – verbal and written.
